Place the unworn UGG boots in their original packaging and ensure the box is securely sealed inside a protective shipping bag.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to your local postal carrier or drop it at a designated collection point, then track your refund status via our website.
